We are going to implement "Login with GitHub" on buildbot in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=235829 That would allow users to rebuild "any" build they want, including failed, successful, cancelled builds, or even builds which were skipped due to skip-ews label. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 235829 ***
