Safari, inconsistently with other browsers, does not fire a onpointerleave event for disabled buttons. tested on safari 15.3 and 15.4. Example: https://jsfiddle.net/z4j0hy21/ The event fires on chrome and firefox, but not safari. See https://github.com/facebook/react/issues/18753 for further discussion.
